Escapade for Museums
Your collection, beyond the walls.
Audio guides inside the galleries, plus neighborhood walks that start and end at your door — in your curators' voices, or narrated from your own texts.
The problem
The story stops at the exit
Your collection is tied to the streets around it — the artists who lived nearby, the buildings in the paintings, the neighborhood that funded the wing. Visitors walk out of the museum and straight past all of it.
- Audio guide hardware is costly to buy, clean and maintain.
- Curatorial writing lives on wall labels and in catalogs few visitors read.
- The neighborhood around the museum isn't part of the visit.
How it works
Three steps
- 1
We start from your texts
Wall labels, catalog essays and curators' notes become stops — written and narrated with your team's approval.
- 2
Inside and outside
A gallery tour for the collection, and walks that leave from the entrance into the neighborhood your museum belongs to.
- 3
Visitors listen on their own phones
No devices to hand out. A QR code opens the tour; narration plays as visitors reach each stop.

FAQ
Museums: common questions
Can our curators approve every word?
Yes. Nothing goes live without your team's sign-off.
Do visitors need to download the app?
Yes — Escapade is free on iPhone, with Android on the way. A QR code at the entrance or on your ticket opens your museum's tours directly, and audio can be downloaded before the visit for galleries with weak signal.
What analytics do we get?
A monthly report with plays per tour and per stop, how far visitors get, and where they stop listening. Numbers are aggregate — we don't share personal data about your visitors.
Can we sell the walks?
You can include them in admission or membership, or offer them as a paid add-on. Let's talk it through.
